Two letters written by Arthur McArthur, Limington, Maine, to William Cutts. The letter of March 6, 1854 is brief and indicates that McArthur is sending Cutts money that he owes him. The second letter, written January 31, 1855, discusses Cutts's military pension and its probable increase.
